True story. I didn’t come to red light therapy through a biohacking podcast or a wellness influencer.

I came to it through desperation.

In 2022, I had the misfortune to slip down some icy stairs. While my left leg slid forward, my right leg got trapped under me, and I kid you not, it felt like my knee exploded. I’ll admit, I love AI. I use it in my daily life. I recruit for some of the top AI companies in the world. It’s an incredible tool that can supercharge productivity, but it comes with an immense personal cost.

And that’s a major problem.

When you think about it, we’ve outsourced our navigation, our shopping lists, our scheduling, and now even our thinking.

Not all at once. Gradually. Comfortably. One small surrender at a time.

Ask AI to write the email. Ask AI to summarize the article. Ask AI to figure out what you should do next. It’s faster. It’s easier. And every time you do it, you get a little worse at doing it yourself.

That’s not a moral argument against AI. It’s just how the brain works.

Use a muscle, it grows. Stop using it, it disappears.

These small moments of arithmetic aren’t about the math. They’re about keeping your brain in the habit of doing work it could outsource. The tip, the unit price at the grocery store, the rough percentage, none of it actually matters. The practice of doing it does.

The goal is to stay in the habit of using your brain as your first tool, not your last resort.

5. Learn Something With No Payoff

Not a skill for your career. Not something that makes you more productive. Something genuinely useless by practical standards.

A language. An instrument. Chess. Knitting. Calligraphy.

The research on neuroplasticity is clear: learning new, difficult things grows the brain in ways that repetitive familiar tasks don’t. The key ingredients are novelty and difficulty. Something you’re bad at, that you’re working to get good at, that has nothing to do with your job.

6. Debate the Other Side

Pick a belief you hold confidently. Then spend five minutes building the strongest possible argument against it.

Not to change your mind. Not to become wishy-washy about everything. To stress-test your thinking and stay intellectually honest about why you believe what you believe.

This is the habit that separates people who think from people who perform thinking. It’s uncomfortable. That’s exactly why it works.

If you can’t argue the other side, you don’t understand your own position, you’ve just inherited it.

7. Memorize Things on Purpose

Memory is a trainable skill, not a fixed trait.

Most people have quietly stopped memorizing anything. Phone numbers are in your phone. Quotes are a Google search away. Directions are on the map. There’s no friction because there’s no need.

But memory isn’t just about storage. It’s about building neural pathways, strengthening recall, and keeping the retrieval mechanism sharp.

Pick something small. A poem. A passage. A set of facts you find interesting. Commit it to memory the hard way: repetition, recall, sleep, repeat.

It’s not about what you memorize. It’s about keeping the capacity alive.

8. Play Strategy Games

Chess. Poker. Go. Wordle. Backgammon. Personally, I love very difficult Sudoku. It doesn’t matter much which one.

Strategy games train decision-making under constraint. They force you to think ahead, weigh tradeoffs, manage uncertainty, and deal with consequences. Real ones, even if small.

The difference between a strategy game and most entertainment is feedback. When you make a bad decision in chess, you lose. That loop - decision, consequence, adjustment - is the same loop that makes people sharp in real life.

Thirty minutes of chess does more for your cognitive edge than thirty minutes of Netflix. You already knew that. Now you have a reason to act on it.

9. Let Yourself Be Bored

This one is the hardest and the most important.

No phone. No podcast. No input of any kind. Just you, doing nothing, letting your mind wander.

This is where synthesis happens. Where ideas connect. Where you suddenly understand something you’ve been confused about for weeks. The brain needs unstructured time the way a muscle needs restnot, as a break from the work, but as part of the work.

Boredom is not wasted time. It’s the processing cycle most people are running on zero.

Try it in the shower without narrating a podcast. On a walk without earbuds. In the ten minutes before sleep without scrolling. Start small. The discomfort passes faster than you think.

The Point Isn’t to Reject AI

The people who will thrive in the next decade aren’t the ones who refuse to use AI. They’re the ones whose thinking is sharp enough to know when to trust it, when to push back, and when the most important thing is to figure something out themselves.

AI is a tool, and a powerful one, at that. But a tool works best in the hands of someone who knows how to think, not someone who has slowly outsourced that job.

The gap between those two people is a choice made daily, in small moments, when it would be easier to just ask the machine.

Longtime readers know I have long been a proponent of the asymmetric return potential of crypto. However, the last few years have not been kind to that premise.

That may be about to change though.

Most crypto projects spend years trying to convince banks to take them seriously.

Keeta just got audited by Visa.

That’s not a marketing claim. It’s not a rumor circulating on X. It’s a structural development that changes how this project should be understood and why it deserves a serious look from anyone building a thoughtful crypto portfolio.

Let me explain what’s actually happening here.

What Is Keeta?

Keeta is a Layer-1 (L1) blockchain, meaning it’s foundational infrastructure, not an app built on top of someone else’s chain. But unlike most L1s competing for developer attention and decentralized finance liquidity, Keeta is targeting something different: the plumbing of global finance itself.

The thesis is straightforward. The world moves trillions of dollars across borders every day using infrastructure built in the 1970s. SWIFT transfers take days. Currency conversions are expensive. Cross-border payments are slow, opaque, and full of intermediaries collecting fees at every step. Keeta wants to replace that layer with something faster, cheaper, and compliant by design.

The network processes over 10 million transactions per second (TPS) with 400-millisecond settlement times. For context, Visa processes roughly 24,000 TPS at peak. Keeta’s architecture isn’t just competitive, it’s built for a different order of magnitude and positioned to be the standard for the next generation of payment chains.

What makes it genuinely unusual is where compliance sits. Most blockchains treat regulation as an external problem, something developers figure out after the fact. Keeta bakes Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance directly into the protocol. Regulated institutions can issue assets with rules enforced at the network level. That’s not a feature. That’s a different philosophy about what a blockchain is for.

The Visa Direct Partnership

On March 31, 2026, Keeta announced a series of infrastructure upgrades that flew under the radar for most of the market.

The headline: Keeta integrated with the Visa Direct payment network, enabling near-real-time payments to nearly 200 countries and instant funding and withdrawals via debit cards. Alongside that came multi-currency accounts supporting over 25 currencies, SWIFT international transfers, foreign exchange conversions, and cross-chain compatibility for USDC and EURC across more than 20 blockchains including Solana and Tron.

That alone would be notable. But there’s a layer beneath it that most coverage missed.

To integrate with Visa Direct, Keeta had to be listed on Visa’s official global registry of service providers. This isn’t a partnership announcement a company puts out in a press release. It’s an earned designation that requires a full on-site audit by a Qualified Security Assessor and certification at Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1, the highest standard in the payments industry.

The significance: Keeta appears to be the first crypto network in history to achieve this designation.

Not Ethereum. Not XRP. Not Solana. Keeta.

What this means practically is that any bank or merchant in the world that works with Visa can now integrate Keeta’s technology without raising compliance or security concerns on Visa’s end. The gatekeeping question - “is this crypto project safe enough to touch?” - has been answered by the most recognizable payments brand on earth.

That’s not hype. That’s infrastructure validation.

The Bank Acquisition

If the Visa partnership is the most recent development, the most audacious is this: Keeta is trying to buy a bank.

In January 2026, the project announced an agreement to acquire an undisclosed bank, allocating 35 million KTA tokens, worth approximately $9 million, from its strategic reserves to fund the deal. The goal is to operate as a regulated financial institution, streamline fiat on-ramps, and deepen integration with the traditional banking system.

No crypto project does this. Most try to work around banks. Keeta is trying to become one.

The acquisition isn’t complete as it remains subject to regulatory approvals and due diligence, which could take considerable time. That’s a real risk, bur the intent itself signals something important about how this team thinks. They’re not building a product that requires banks to eventually capitulate. They’re building the capability to operate inside the system on the system’s own terms.

Everything Else Being Built

The Visa integration and bank acquisition are the marquee developments, but Keeta’s roadmap is dense with infrastructure being laid in parallel.

The mainnet launched in September 2025, enabling cross-chain transfers, atomic swaps, and fiat off-ramping. A KYC-compliant stablecoin called KUSD is in development, with a portion of yield generated used to buy back KTA tokens. Fiat anchors for easy on and off-ramping are upcoming, alongside a high-frequency decentralized exchange (DEX), a banking-style user experience called Keeta Pay, and a debit card for spending KUSD in the real world. Public GitHub repositories and a developer grant program are also on the roadmap — signals of a project moving toward decentralization as it matures.

On-chain investing is coming too. Users will be able to invest directly in U.S. Treasury bills and stocks from within the Keeta ecosystem. That’s not a crypto feature. That’s a financial platform.

The common thread across all of it: Keeta isn’t building for crypto-native users. It’s building for the institutions, banks, and payment networks that move the world’s money.

The Credentials Behind the Project

Two things give this project unusual credibility in a space full of anonymous founders and vaporware roadmaps.

First, the team is building in public with verifiable milestones. The mainnet launched on time. The Visa integration is live. The bank acquisition was disclosed with specifics. This is a project that makes claims and then delivers them.

Second, former Google CEO Eric Schmidt is a backer and by all accounts, an active one. Schmidt’s involvement isn’t a logo on a website. People close to the project have described direct collaboration between Keeta and Google teams, with Schmidt characterizing it as one of the most impactful things he could be part of in his career. His network likely played a role in enabling partnerships that would take most crypto teams years to reach.

Keeta is Still a Risk

A personal development publication is built on intellectual honesty, so let’s be direct about what could go wrong.

The bank acquisition faces real regulatory risk. These processes are slow, uncertain, and can collapse for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the project.

Competition is fierce. Ethereum and Solana have deeper ecosystems. Chainlink and LayerZero have head starts in cross-chain infrastructure. Keeta’s technology may be superior, but in crypto, the best technology doesn’t always win.

Price has been volatile. KTA surged 41% in a single 24-hour period on March 31 which is exciting if you were holding, but alarming if you’re evaluating stability. This is a small-cap asset in an inherently speculative market.

None of these risks disqualify the project. They’re just the honest conditions under which you’d be making a decision.

Why This Belongs in a Personal Development Publication

Having been through this myself, I won’t pretend this is easy. It isn’t. But it is absolutely doable with the right approach.

First, time it right. Don’t attempt your first 72-hour fast during a week filled with client dinners, social events, or high-pressure deadlines. Pick 72 hours where your schedule is relatively clear. The mental load of declining food in social situations adds friction you don’t need.

Second, cut off eating the night before. Stop eating at 8 or 9 pm the evening before you begin. Your first 8 hours of fasting happen while you sleep, and you wake up already a third of the way through Day 1.

Third, electrolytes are non-negotiable. This is the single biggest mistake people make. Use a sugar-free, carb-free, calorie-free electrolyte supplement throughout the fast. This is not optional.

Fourth, add bone broth after hour 24. This is exactly what Dana White did. A quality bone broth, approximately 45 calories, less than 1 gram of carbs, around 13 grams of protein, gives your body something to work with without breaking the fast. It provides warmth, a sense of ritual, and the amino acids your body appreciates during an extended effort.

Fifth, drink water with intention. Aim for at least 3 liters of filtered or distilled water per day. Staying ahead of thirst is also staying ahead of hunger as the two signals are more closely linked than most people realize.

Sixth, break the fast carefully. After 72 hours, your digestive system is primed and sensitive. Start with something small and easily digestible such as a piece of fruit, some broth, or a light protein. Give your body at least 24 hours before returning to normal eating. A few months back, I named Keeta as the key crypto project I had my eye on. While the price has fluctuated up and down a bit in that time, my conviction has only grown stronger, and currently it stands as the largest holding in my portfolio. I will add this key point:

I have never been more confident in the future success of a crypto project.

Why Keeta?

Initially there were several things in June that stood out to me with Keeta that made it a project to watch, which included:

• The backing of former Google CEO, Eric Schmidt

• The promise that it would be the fastest L1 chain to date

• Rumored major partnerships

• The upcoming Mainnet launch and major CEX listings

• A relatively still low marketcap (sub $500M) for such a promising project with a huge upside

These things were enough to get my attention, but over the past few months, great things have continued to develop which has grown my bullish outlook considerably.

What Keeta Has Delivered So Far

First of all, Keeta ran a public stress test that demonstrated the speed and power of their technology which showed the system capable of more than 11M TPS, with the potential to scale higher. This is orders of magnitude faster than Ethereum, Solana, or any other L1 and exactly the kind of system you would need to truly handle the immense demand of truly global financial transactions. So the technology is not a rumor any more, but a fact. Quite simply, Keeta is not vaporware.

Secondly, we have received major hints and bread crumbs of key partnerships with financial titans like Visa, BOA and more. The founder, Ty Schenkty, has indicated that the company has 6-7 major partnerships that would be key catalysts for any other project out there. On top of these, Keeta shared the stage with some of the top financial firms in the world in the prestigious SALT Conference in late August, and was recognized in the exclusive Nilson Report. This shows why big name companies would be looking to partner as they recognize they are building something special.

Thirdly, the team has publicly committed to lock up the 40% of tokens they control and never sell, which means there will be no developer dumps after the initial pumps. A team that is confident in what they are building has no need to dump and is looking at this with a longer view, not a short term one.

Fourthly, in the past few weeks $KTA has been added to major exchanges such as Kraken, MexC, and more. Also, Coinbase, the biggest player on the block has added Keeta to their listing roadmap which means it will soon be available there, as well. All of these listings have been free, and given that you generally need to pay a listing fee, it shows the major chains don’t want to get left behind once the train gets rolling.

In addition to these key factors, there have been many more important updates which look promising. The most significant came a few days back when someone jumped the gun and released an article a few days early about the Keeta mainnet launch, which was quickly retracted. However, if what that article revealed was true, we clearly have not been thinking about this project bullishly enough.

What Keeta Might Deliver Next

In the “article”, it stated that Keeta already has ”235 million distinct wallets with non zero balances, a figure that includes 42 million wallets that have executed transactions”. The implications of this are staggering. If mainnet launches on day one with this type of user base in place it will put it on a global level with financial powerhouses like PayPal. Simply incredible for such an under the radar project.

On top of that the past day or so has seen more tidbits being dropped about the ability to secure mortgages and loans, invest in Treasury Bills, potential partnerships with stablecoin giants Circle and Agora, as well as the disclosure that Keeta already has secured a SWIFT code that will allow them to complete transactions with banks and financial institutions worldwide. Are you getting an idea yet how massive this project is going to be?

Is Keeta Ready For Blastoff?

Now, the reason I am writing this article at such a late hour on a Sunday night is that the rumored launch date for the mainnet will be this week and could possibly be tomorrow, September 22nd.

Therefore, this could be your last chance to get a ridiculously low entry point into what may eventually be the most consequential crypto project in history. No, that is not hyperbole.

In theory, Keeta could be the true utility project that powers global finance and offers so much more than we have ever seen from a crypto project. Literally trillions of dollars could eventually be running through it via transactions. It will also be launching into a very friendly regulatory environment with the current administration, as well.

Remember in the last bull run, Solana came out of nowhere to trade for under a dollar to more than $260 in less than a year. It’s not out of the question that Keeta could match that performance or even top that with what it seems to be able to offer. Plus, with the token now being offered on a number of major chains, it is much easier to purchase than it was a few months back.

Fortune Favors the Bold

In this day and age with inflation, an uncertain job market, the fears of automation and AI taking opportunities away, and more, the financial future for many people seems cloudy at best. Many young people believe they will never get the chance to get ahead and enjoy the American Dream that past generations have enjoyed. This is why there is a need to make asymmetric bets that can offer incredible returns.

I truly believe that Keeta is a winning bet, and this is the strongest conviction I have ever had in an investment. In hindsight, it will be obvious to many that this was something special, but there is still time to get onboard now before it goes nuclear. That being said, I strongly encourage you to investigate yourself and determine if this is the right project for you to back. Never blindly follow any one. I am confident that you will come away impressed and excited if you do your homework here!

In conclusion, all life is risk and nothing is a sure thing. However, those who fail to take risks, do not deserve the rewards that come from bold action. I’ve made a fortune being right more than being wrong and I will continue to bet on myself, no matter what.

Quick update for my readers to highlight an important story that is starting to take shape in crypto, at the moment.

I know just last month I spoke about consolidating into fewer projects, and while for the most part that is true, I’ve been tracking something that I think bears considering when it comes to making impactful moves in the digital assets space.

Unfortunately, in many cases, the best tech, the best utility, and the best tokenomics mean nothing if a project cannot garner attention and eyeballs from the larger mainstream investor pool. While I still believe in the coins I'm holding, many have been slow moving in terms of generating key momentum because with the glut of projects available, there is a lot of general understanding of what are true standout projects. As a result, very few are garnering enough support to make noticeable gains.

This brings me to the point of the post…

My Key Pick for June 2025

Two days ago, I took a substantial position in Keeta ($KTA). While I personally prefer to get into projects at an earlier stage, I could see the momentum this project is generating and at this point it appears to be a no brainer for mass adoption. It is up 800% over the last month and shows no sign of slowing down.

So What is Keeta?

“Keeta is orders of magnitude more scalable and efficient than existing solutions.”

This quote comes from Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google and one of the most influential leaders in tech, who is also a key investor in the project.

Keeta has built a payments network that connects various blockchains to enable fast, secure and easier crypto transactions. They claim to be able to perform at incredible speeds of up to 10M TPS and offer useful things such as a built-in KYC feature.

Why I’m Bullish

Even though the market cap on this one is already quite large (by the standards of the projects I normally invest in), I believe there are a lot of upcoming drivers coming that are going to push this project to a multi-billion valuation in short order. These include:

• Eventual launch on multiple major CEX (Coinbase?)

• 5+ promised partnership announcements

• Stress test to showcase next-level TPS

• Mainnet launch

• & More

All of these things will play factors in pushing the price to increasingly higher levels.

While this may not have the x1000 or even x100 potential of some projects I currently hold, this one is going to be a solid player given the team behind it and the steam with which it is gathering. It may do a 10x before the Summer ends. Or much better!

This is a prime opportunity to get in on the wave that is forming at a still relatively early stage, so I advise you to at least take a look and come to your own conclusion.

Without question, 2025 has proven to be dud for crypto, so far. Personally, I expected to be fully immersed in an epic Crypto Bull Run by this point of the year, but so far I have been epically wrong.

Sigh…

To start the year, things seemed to be well positioned for a groundbreaking new age in crypto, however the script has not exactly played out as envisioned. There are several reasons for this. The typical “four year cycle” theory may have finally run its course and there are still way too many useless projects out there competing for limited financial resources, but to me the biggest issue has been one of the very things that seemed to be a big advantage when the year began: Donald Trump.

The Trump Effect

Donald Trump re-entered office as the “pro-crypto candidate”, but so far he has created more chaos in the markets than fireworks. While it is true that his administration holds a more positive public attitude towards the asset class, some of his moves have only served to create uncertainty and skepticism. First, there was the ill-conceived TRUMP coin debacle, which served to enrich his inner circle, but has done little to help the industry overall. Then there was the underwhelming rollout of his Bitcoin National Reserve policy. Finally, and probably most significant, have been the uneven market reaction to the tariffs. While it remains to be seen how they will eventually play out over time, there is no question in the short term they have scared the daylights out of investors and soured consumer sentiment. There is certainly time for him to turn things around, but none of these things have helped boost the chances of a Crypto Bull Run to start in 2025.

Still despite some of the missteps to start the year, hope is still alive for a massive turnaround. The next Bull Run may not look like past ones, but there are still some significant factors we can foresee coming which include:

Rising Global Liquidity

Liquidity is coming back to the markets. While we have yet to see the money printers kicked into high gear yet in the United States, global liquidity is rising. Countries like China are responding to tariffs with stimulus packages, and the assumption is at some point in the near future, the US will reverse course on quantitative tightening. During the Covid years, when the market was awash in money, many crypto projects hit insane highs that most have failed to see again in recent years. That could be changing relatively soon.

The Fed Will Give In To Trump

Trump has been pushing for Jerome Powell, the acting Chair of The Fed, to take action, and so far he has resisted the President’s overtures in the attempt to maintain a neutral posture towards markets. However with Recession fears rising and tariff wars potentially looming, sooner or later, they will be forced to react. Market makers believe that there will be at least FOUR rate cuts in 2025 to slash interest rates, and when they start to drop in the coming months, the effect on crypto will be profound.

Widespread Industry Acceptance and Growth

As it matures, crypto continues to gain legitimacy. Already, Powell has signaled support regarding increased regulation for stablecoins and increased crypto banking options. This will increase legitimacy and ease consumer fears which will both serve to increase the general appeal of the asset class.

On top of this, more of the larger financial institutions continue to offer new ETF options. Originally we only saw investment vehicles for things like Bitcoin and Ethereum, but now a wide range of tokens such as Ripple, Solana, Doge and more are being included in offerings, and this will likely continue to build both awareness and trust in some of the more solid projects.

All of these things could contribute very positive momentum in crypto price action in the 2nd half of 2025.

How I’m Navigating the Crypto Chaos

Even though I have been disappointed with how the year has started for crypto, the key to successful trading is to learn from mistakes and pivot effectively. There are a couple things I am doing to reorient myself moving forward.

One move I’ve made is to consolidate my positions from over 20 projects into a more manageable five. Previously I was invested in too many speculative projects, which in hindsight was not smart, given the lack of liquidity in the market. For now, I’ve reconfigured my holdings into the projects I have the highest long-term convictions for. These are:

Bittensor ($TAO)

The only high market cap project ($3.2B) in my portfolio, TAO has separated itself as the crypto king of AI, and has tokenomics similar to Bitcoin that ensure long-term success. This is a blue chip project that continues to grow with the launch of new subnets and the ability to stake TAO in the most promising ones.

Quantum Fusion ($QF)

The fastest L1, built for AI applications is still at only a $20M MC and will soon launch their testnet. This could do a Solana-like move shortly thereafter.

Agoras ($AGRS)

Another innovative AI play that will soon be launching their own testnet. Agoras, which has long been in development, could be on the verge of rewriting the way AI is traditionally offered with their reasoning model. While it remains to be seen if they can deliver the groundbreaking product they claim to have on their hands, but if they do, this $13M mc will skyrocket into the billions.

Morphware ($XMW)

Currently valued at a $135M market cap, this one has been rising in recent weeks with its focus on utility. Morphware is another AI play, but one that is backed with cutting edge hardware and cheap energy costs, which makes it a money printer for its mining operations. Recently announced deals with clients such as Nike, Honda, and Adidas show that big business is starting to take notice.

Alkimi ($ADS)

Ad fraud is a huge problem and the Alkimi solution is one that makes sense. That is why they have been exponentially growing to the point they are currently performing more than 10M transactions a day. With a profitable company that is reinvesting back into the project and tackling a very expensive problem for publishers, the future looks bright.

I still have some small amounts locked in other projects, but for the time being, these five projects will be the only ones I will be adding to moving forward.

Hold and Chill

The other thing I’ve been doing is to exercise more patience. We all want to see the market reacting quicker and gains increasingly at a blistering pace, but there are realities as to why this will not happen as easily as in the past. So I am going to continue to hold and build larger positions in the projects I have the most confidence in. These projects are ones that are continuing building and innovating AND communicating with holders. Eventually the cream will rise to the top and I have strong belief in my five chosen projects over the long term.

Despite the lackluster start to the year, I still remain bullish on 2025. In recent weeks we have started to see some projects beginning to rebuild momentum, and the pace of this should only continue as tariff questions get answered and consumers start to feel better about the direction of the market. Here is to better Green Days ahead!

Can you imagine investing $1M into a crypto project and watching it skyrocket to more than $120M in less than a day? Well it just happened and this seems to be only the start for crypto under Donald Trump.

A New Day for Crypto in America

Ever since Trump secured his return to the White House in November, crypto enthusiasts have waited impatiently for his term to begin as there seems to be a belief he will head the most pro-crypto administration in American history. Already the incoming President has signaled that he will:

• Create a National Bitcoin Reserve

• Replace Gary Gensler with a crypto-friendly leader in the SEC

• Repeal SAB 121 to allow banks to custody Bitcoin

• Eliminate capital gains taxes on crypto

• Push adoption on American-made crypto projects

• & much more!

Truly, there is a lot to be bullish about if you invest in digital currencies. However, the Trump team threw everyone for a loop last night with a surprise launch of the $TRUMP meme coin.

The Trump Pump is Real

The project seemingly came out of the blue when the announcement by Trump of the project had many wondering, even Elon Musk, if his account was hacked. However, it was not, and the coin surged from an opening of .18 cents to over $32 in less than 12 hours and a staggering marketcap of $26B+. That is more than a 150x return in mere hours, which certainly is eye-popping.

Overnight, fortunes were made by many savvy (or lucky) speculators who got in early, and of course, a huge spotlight was cast on the industry. The question is though, is this good or bad for crypto in general?

On a personal note, I’ll say straight up, I don’t invest in meme coins and did not purchase any $TRUMP. You can certainly make a lot of money if you trade in them, but I believe they are bad for the space as they have zero utility and usually end with a lot of people losing big while the lucky few who cash out at the right time score massive returns. Others though, enjoy participating in the mass hysteria of FOMO that can be fueled by both irrational decision-making and the dopamine hits of quick windfall gains. To each their own.

Is $TRUMP Coin Good For Crypto?

When it comes to this move though, many are speculating on the ramifications it may have with crypto moving forward.

On one hand, proponents feel that any new money that comes into crypto is a good thing that will help it continue to grow. As they say, a rising tide lifts all boats, and the more liquidity that enters the market due to this project can be a net positive if it starts to flow into other projects.

There is also the belief that having an administration that sees the value proposition and importance of crypto is going to make it a priority to see it flourish in the states. Trump has already given indications he will use his influence to assist American-made projects, and the fact $TRUMP was launched on Solana is a big deal for many.

Overall, many feel this is going to be the start of an epic bull run, which generally occurs every four years.

The Case Against $TRUMP

On the other hand, a sizable number of people are dismayed by what is happening here.

While new money is flowing into crypto, which can be good, at the same time liquidity is being sucked out of other projects at an alarming rate. As $TRUMP was starting its nuclear run, most altcoins saw dramatic losses, at the same time and are down quite a bit at this point. The bull run could still occur in this cycle, but may look a lot different than 2021 when there were fewer projects competing for investor dollars.

There is also the strong potential for $TRUMP to spectacularly tank. This could see many lose sizable positions and create negative sentiments about crypto in general, and turn people off for good. In effect, this could be the biggest rug pull of all-time which could be like a dagger to the heart for the industry in general.

Finally, a real question remains whether a President should be participating in these types of questionable launches. In many ways it screams “cash grab” and has a scammy feel and appearance, which to many Trump detractors is on brand for him. The fact that his team reportedly holds approximately 80% of the $TRUMP coin supply is eye-raising, as well.

So, a day into this craziness, I am on the fence about how this will ultimately affect crypto, at-large. One thing is for sure, it promises never to be dull.

3 Hot AI Projects to Start Your Journey to 7-Figure Wealth

December 4th marked an important day in crypto history as Bitcoin finally crossed the six-figure threshold and flew over $100k per coin for the first time ever. In fact, it even topped the $103k mark before some profit taking occurred and it now sits in the $97k range. Still the breaking of this psychological barrier confirmed that Bitcoin remains a serious financial asset and will continue to push to new highs in the weeks and months ahead.

However, none of this comes as a surprise. We have been calling for this day for over a year. We told you that Bitcoin and Crypto were set to go boom in late 2024 with all the strong tailwinds propelling the industry forward and that is not likely to change in 2025.

Politically, the Trump Administration looks to be the most crypto-friendly ever and will be enacting policy and loosening regulations that should continue to keep the environment very bullish for the foreseeable future. Just this week, Trump made two key appointments choosing Davis Sacks to serve as the administration’s “Crypto Czar” and nominating Paul Atkins to be the new head of the SEC. Both are extremely pro-crypto and that will portend good things for the industry.

Now, with so much bullish action already behind us, what comes next? In my opinion, the fun is just beginning!

How To Play Crypto in 2025 - Choose Your Own Adventure

As I see it, there are now three paths to choose with digital assets in the coming year.

Option #1 - Follow the Leader

When it comes to crypto, Bitcoin is the safe play. It has always been the largest and most visible digital asset, so it will get the most attention and will be the project that generally defines the space. It will also continue to rise and generate the biggest headlines that will be critical to drawing more people into the space. That being said, despite my passion for crypto, I don’t actually hold very much Bitcoin. At this point, it may well do another 10x and eventually top $1M per coin! That would be a fantastic return for anyone, and I don’t look down on people that choose to be a single asset investor or want to play it safe. For those who have a lower tolerance for risk, but still want to be part of the crypto phenomenon, Bitcoin makes perfect sense to be a focal point.

Option #2 - Step Up to the Altcoin Casino

However, when it comes to crypto, I like to take the contrarian view. I have a higher tolerance for risk and to me, I would rather focus on 10 projects that could potentially do an 100x, than a single project that is likely to do an 10x like BTC.

The question you have to ask yourself is what is your comfort level speculating with high-risk, high-reward projects? Since I view these opportunities as limited windows to score big, I plan to continue with my strategy of focusing on low cap, high quality projects including:

• TriasLab (TRIAS)

• Agoras (AGRS)

• Cellframe (CELL)

• Quillibrium (QUIL)

• Alkimi (ADS)

• NeuralAI (NEURAL)

• Arbius (AIUS)

I have discussed many of these projects before and if you track them like I do, you have seen them start to heat up in recent days. These are just the sparks that I believe will grow into a blazing fire in the next year. I strongly believe at least one or more of these will do an x100 in 2025, but that all will make significant gains.

The only other major crypto I hold that is not a low cap is Bittensor (TAO). It remains the King of AI projects and with that sector expected to continue to dominate for the foreseeable future, it is a project I believe may one day challenge Bitcoin and Ethereum for dominance in the crypto space. So even though it already has a market cap over $5B, I still think there are plenty of gains ahead. Plus, it has sweet staking rewards, which is an added bonus.

Option #3 - Refuse to Play

Really though, the only way not to make any financial progress is to choose option #3 and sit on the sidelines while huge gains are made. Anyone who follows crypto is generally familiar with the fact that these things run in four-year cycles and may remember how exciting things were in 2021 when a multitude of projects went ballistic. When you factor in that the atmosphere in 2025 will be leaps and bounds more crypto-friendly, the Bull Run is likely to be the biggest to date.

Do you want to be the one who misses out on the chance for life-changing gains? Only you can answer that question, and everyone who speculates in crypto should engage at a level that they are comfortable with. Keep in mind, any investment comes with a significant level of risk and you should never take chances with money that you could not afford to lose. As bullish as I am on the sector, there are no sure things.

No Guts, No Glory

In the end, I believe Thomas Jefferson was on the money when he said, “With great risk comes great reward”. You only receive a limited number of opportunities in your life to significantly alter your financial destiny and I truly believe the stars are aligning for this to be one of biggest we have ever seen.

No matter which path you choose though, I am hoping for a prosperous 2025 for all members of the Continually Better community.

Predictably with so much positive sentiment, it is little wonder have seen Bitcoin surging once more and passing the $93,000 mark this past week with little sign of slowing down. How high can it go? That remains to be seen, but 2025 should continue to test new highs for the undisputed King of Crypto. 

What About the Altcoins?

However, even with the euphoric atmosphere around Bitcoin, altcoins have not yet showed the strength displayed in previous bull runs. There are likely several factors behind this including:

• The average household continues to struggle with inflation and rising every day costs. That was likely the most important factor in Trump being re-elected and is one that will not change overnight. For that reason, while the big institutions are moving heavily into digital currencies, retail has not yet done so at previous levels. 

• Another important factor is that quite simply, there are way too many projects out there right now and with the overload of choices, the true blue chip choices are struggling to build consensus like many did in 2020/21 such as Luna, Cardano, Ripple and others. This cycle will feature many important offerings in key narratives such as AI, Real World Assets, DePIN, and more, so it is only a matter of time before the cream rises to the top.

• A third reason I believe altcoins have not yet taken off is because of the continued significance of Meme Coins. Personally, I do not back these projects because I can’t get behind things that have little-to-no utility and are essentially pump-and-dumps. Yes, you can make big money on these if you get in early and ride the wave as interest rapidly grows, but as you exit and sell for big profits, the prices dump on all those who came in behind you. That may be the strategy for some, but it’s not one I plan to be part of.

What Comes Next!

Given that altcoins have yet to truly blast off this cycle, that means there is still time to build positions in low cap projects that have significant potential. All it takes is one or two smart choices and the returns could be both staggering and life-changing for the average investor. Yes, Bitcoin will continue to rise slowly and steadily, but I prefer to follow a riskier strategy and bet on dare-to-be-great options.

Reiterating my projects I am continuing to accumulate:

• Bittensor (TAO) - The king of AI projects

• TRIAS (TRIAS) - Could eventually be the Chinese equivalent to Ethereum

• Agoras (AGRS) - A reasoning-based approach to AI that could revolutionize the entire sector

• Cellframe (CELL) - The first quantum-safe LI blockchain solution

• Quillibrium (QUIL) - An ambitious privacy protocol that could set the standard for a truly decentralized internet

• Alkimi (ADS) - An innovative and well-structured approach to combatting online ad fraud

There are many great projects out there and this list is not meant to be all-encompassing. These are just the ones I feel most aligned with and will continue to back.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While for the past year I have been a big proponent of Wadzpay, I will transparently mention I have completely exited my position. Though I was encouraged by the potential of the offering and its chance to be a significant crypto player in the Middle East, there has been too many red flags to ignore with the leadership team and failure to deliver a working product. While I hope for the best for the project to prove the doubters wrong and reward those who have held on through the turbulence, the risk now far outweighs the potential rewards and these assets are one that can be better deployed amongst the projects listed above. 

Unfortunately not every pick I make will be a successful one, and that is why I encourage everyone to do their own due diligence and establish comfort levels in individual projects and not just follow blindly.

That being said, I fully expect 2025 to be probably the most important year in crypto to date and those who position themselves well to be very happy to see their patience handsomely rewarded

As we discussed last week, Uptober is finally here and we are ready for high velocity movement for crypto over the next six months. If anyone remembers the heyday of 2020/21, numerous coins enjoyed rocketship-like rides up the charts.

Personally I held a large position in LUNA which flew from under .40 cents to over $120 per token in a matter of months. I see those opportunities coming again and those who fail to take action when the signals are all flashing green do not deserve the rewards that are coming.

As we regularly do in this section, we will look at low-marketcap projects we believe are ready to pop. Coins we hold like TAO and KAS are awesome and will continue to rise, but they are already multi-billion dollar projects, with less potential to perform significant multiples. Conversely these coins we are focusing on can easily do 10, 20 or even 100x if things go according to plan.

Agoras ($AGRS)

Agoras is a project we have talked about in the past and remains one of the most anticipated AI plays in all of crypto. They are focused on delivering the premier logical AI engine that uses a mixture of Boolean Algebra and temporal logic. The goal is to have an AI with the ability to “think” logically and act on those decisions/behaviors. This is a completely different approach from what companies like OpenAI (ChatGPT) and others are building. While it remains to be seen if they can pull this off, the team behind the project has incredible credentials and is one I am willing to bet big on.

Now, the bullish narrative around Agoras is that the official testnet is finally set to launch at the end of October/beginning of November. This gives us a chance to scoop up a respectable bag over the next few weeks. Currently hovering in the $2 range, this is one that can move explosively post-testnet launch.

Bittensor ($TAO) remains the king of AI plays, but this is a chance to get another bite at a groundbreaking technology at bargain prices. Don’t say you were not warned.

CellFrame ($CELL)

Current MC: $23M

We all know AI is one of the hottest narratives in technology right now, but another fast-moving  sector is Quantum Computing. Many even believe quantum tech will have the ability to prove a danger to the blockchain itself. That may be true one day, but forward-thinking companies are now looking to defend against this potential line of attack. That brings us to Cellframe which has developed a post-quantum cryptography that ensures resistance against quantum-computing attacks. In essence, it is the future-proof blockchain platform. 

Now, imagine getting a piece of a potentially revolutionary company at a sub $25M marketcap. That is the opportunity here. This will be a multi-billion dollar company within a few years, making it at least an x50 from here. I will be talking about this one more in the weeks to come

Quilibrium ($wQUIL)

Privacy remains a huge problem on the cloud and that is the problem Quilibrium is looking to tackle. It is not so much a blockchain technology as it is a peer-to-peer MPC platform. The goal is to offer a secure and private censorship-resistant environment for applications and data processing. If you believe in the future of a completely decentralized Internet, this project could be the answer to that.

Even though this has a bit of a higher marketcap than I’m used to considering for my hot picks, the project is one of the most promising because of the problem they are looking to address, the fact it is fair-launched, and they will be updating to their 2.0 version shortly. Quite simply, the potential here is massive.

Do Your Own Research!

This crypto bull run promises to be epic and if you hold any of these coins during that period, I believe you are going to be very happy with the results by mid-2025.

Please keep in mind that lower cap projects do come with some level of risk. So even though we believe in the promise held by these projects some may fail to deliver as much as we hope. That being said, my feeling is that at these prices the risks are minimal and the rewards can be outsized. Invest at a level that you feel comfortable.

Are you ready for “Uptober”????

Do you even know what that is? If not, you should, because it signals the start of an incredible opportunity.

“Uptober” is the term used by crypto users to describe the tendency for Bitcoin and digital assets to go berserk in October. Since 2013, Bitcoin has only experienced 2 red (down) months, compared to 8 green months, so historically it is viewed with a lot of enthusiasm and hope by the community who feels this portends the true start of a Bull Season.

While September is generally known as “Rektember”, crypto actually performed quite well this month, as many of the bullish events we have been predicting are starting to come into fruition. This bodes well for the month(s) to come. Looking back at what has happened earlier in 2024, we have predicted and seen:

• The Bitcoin Halvening

• Blackrock’s Full Push into Crypto

• Launch of Multiple Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFS

• The Fed Finally Cuts Key Interest Rates in September

Now, looking forward, we can consider some of the key events still to come in the near future. This includes:

• The eventual distribution of the $16B in FTX-user assets which had been held in reserve. I imagine there are a lot of crypto-hungry buyers looking to go on a shopping spree over the next few weeks as these repayments hit their accounts.

• Also, the beginning of November will see a new President elected, and both candidates are promising to look to crypto with a favorable eye. While Trump is seen as the more crypto-friendly candidate, Harris is vowing her support as well, so it could be that whomever is elected, the Crypto Industry will be the overall winner.

With so much bullish activity, it is little wonder that the motors seemed primed and ready to race in the days ahead for the market. All signs point to an awesome Uptober 2024.

What Does That Mean For You?

Those who have suffered through long crypto winters know that there is generally a very short window to capitalize on the shorter bull seasons that can see prices skyrocket overnight. While there has been general improvement in the market as of late including positive action on Bitcoin prices, there remains an incredible number of promising projects that could benefit from wild consumer sentiment. It is not outlandish to believe that portfolios could multiply in value more than 20x over the next six months if you pick the right projects.

If ever there was a time to dip your toe in the crypto waters, or even better launch a full cannonball and go all in, now would be it.

Recently, I watched the film Unsung Hero, which chronicled the inspiring story of an immigrant family, who against all odds achieved fame and fortune in the United States despite a series of challenges and obstacles that would have proved daunting to just about anyone. Who doesn’t love the story of an underdog succeeding? These types of stories have resonated with audiences forever. However, one thing that really struck me about the story was the “Burn the Ships” approach the family adopted that propelled them through adversity to find success.

What Does “Burn the Ships” Even Mean?

The "Burn the Ships" mental model is based on a historical narrative, often attributed to the Spanish conquistador Hernán Cortés. When Cortés arrived in the New World in 1519, he is said to have ordered his men to burn their ships, eliminating any possibility of retreat. This forced them to commit fully to their mission of conquest, knowing that there was no option to turn back.

The primary idea is to remove any safety nets or backup plans that could allow retreat or abandonment of the stated goal. By doing so, you are compelled to fully commit to achieving your objective.

Personally, I have always liked to have backup plans. This is a main reason I continue to build passive income streams, because if one dries up, there are others constantly flowing. However, when thinking about the “Burn the Ships approach, I do understand the appeal, because I believe it is human nature to make excuses or change directions when faced with things that scare us. I know I have given up on things in life I later regretted and by putting yourself in a position where there is no option to turn back, the road to success seems straightforward. 

Climbing Without A Safety Net

I believe that a great example of this concept was embodied in the story of Alex Honnold and his unbelievable quest to free climb the 3000-foot face of Yosemite’s El Capitan, which was documented in the film Free Solo.

If you are not familiar with the sport, free soloing is a dangerous form of rock climbing where participants eschew the use of ropes, harnesses, or any type of protective gear. Unlike bouldering, free climbers scale heights above what is considered safe, where the fall would likely result in serious injury or death. It is considered a niche within the world of rock climbing that has the ability to propel the best climbers to either incredible stardom or a most grisly death. Without question, it takes incredible mental fortitude to even attempt the deadly challenges free soloing presents to even the most gifted competitors.

The “Burn the Ships” mentality is certainly needed for endeavors such as this because quite simply, failure is not an option. So how does one apply this thinking to such a daunting challenge? In this case, it involved careful planning and this is how Honnold approached it.

Instead of thinking of free soloing El Capitan as something he wasn’t capable of, he looked at it as something he wasn’t capable of yet. This distinction is important and highlights the way someone with a high agency mindset operates. He did not let the challenge stop him but found a way to circumvent the challenge in front of him.

First of all, this was not an overnight success story in which he decided what he wanted to do and the next day accomplished it. Instead, Honnold had been climbing for over 20 years and still spent several years of hyper-focused training before even attempting the challenge. In essence, he set the goal he wanted firmly in mind, and then trained incredibly diligently to realize that goal.

Secondly, he didn't take shortcuts on the way to his goal. In addition to honing his body, he took the time to plan out the task at hand to the smallest detail. Instead of looking at El Capitan as an impossible obstacle, he broke the ascent down into a number of smaller, more manageable problems to be solved and went about structuring his training to address each puzzle that was presented to him. By breaking it down this way and figuring out the best way through the maze, he not only built confidence but minimized every potential risk.

Thirdly, he did not let failure deter him. Several times during his journey he suffered from both physical setbacks and moments of incredible doubt. Indeed, one day he even started the climb, but early on in the attempt, pulled the plug and aborted because he didnt “feel right.” Instead of quitting, however, he re-focused his efforts and got back on track mentally to continue his quest.

Fourth, and perhaps most importantly, after setting his audacious goal, he did everything within his power to focus on accomplishing it. This included living an austere lifestyle out of his van so he could live simply and inexpensively and fully commit to his training regimen. It also went as far as cutting off distractions such as social media and email and getting his mind to a place where his sole focus could be envisioning what his success would look like. In other words, he made a total commitment to the end goal and ensured he would have no excuses when it mattered.

If you have not seen the movie, I highly recommend it. It’s quite possibly one of the most breathtaking films you will ever watch and truly highlights what is possible when one combines clarity of vision with a powerful mindset to make that vision into an accomplishment.

So What is Your El Capitan?

I think this is an important question we all have to ask ourselves at some point in our life. What is the one goal or achievement that would give you an ultimate sense of accomplishment or purpose? Only you can answer that for yourself.

However, once you do, is it something you would be willing to “Burn the Ships” to make a reality? If the answer is “Yes”, then you should do everything in your power to eliminate the excuses and pursue the challenge in front of you. If the answer is “No”, then you are not thinking big enough. 

We all have one life and if we do not pursue the things we are most passionate about in that time, that feels like a wasted opportunity. I hope you seize the chance to think boldly and live big. You may just surprise yourself.

Like many, I had been hoping to see the Crypto Bulls running by this point in the cycle but over the past month or so, things have really stalled out.

I must admit, I thought we would be in a better place right now with so many bullish events in 2024 including:

• The introduction of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFS

• The latest Bitcoin Halvening in 2024

• Increased major institutional support from players like Blackrock and Fidelity

However, prices seem to be dragging on altcoins, which has led to general market malaise and negative sentiments for the time being. I speculate the following reasons for this:

• Too many useless coins. Right now there is a glut of projects and too few that are garnering major consensus support.

• Despite what the data seems to be saying, inflation remains a major problem. Quite simply, the market is waiting on interest rate cuts from the Fed which could come in September. The market needs more liquidity and support from retail investors and that could be the spark that ignites the flame.

• Uncertainty surrounding the 2024 Presidential Election. Currently, Trump has come out as heavily pro-Crypto and Harris is viewed to be anti-Crypto. Given the tight the race at the moment, the fate of Crypto seems to hang in the balance depending on the ultimate victor.

Honestly, I don’t expect much to change over the next month or two, which offers a good chance to assess what is happening and what is coming.

Despite the challenges of the moment, I still feel bullish about the industry in general, particularly with respect to AI projects. For the moment, I am consolidating my positions into my strongest coins and will likely not make any big moves until the last quarter of the year.

Wadzpay has suffered from some recent FUD. While it did launch on MexC last month, after a Tier 1 exchange was promised by the team, prices have dropped regarding some uncertainty around the project. One major change in direction is that the upcoming WadzpayChain will now be a L2 and not an L1 as originally planned. At this point, this remains a high-risk, high reward type of play. With a microscopic market cap, it will not take much to see the price fly here. That could come in the form of a successful chain launch (test version set for September), a full VARA approval (which is still pending), or something completely unexpected. Ultimately, when viewed from a risk-reward perspective, there is much more upside here than potential downside. 

Kaspa - (KAS)

Current MC: $3.9 Billion

Coin Price: .16 Cents

I don’t normally buy projects that are this high in market cap, but Kaspa is an exception because it is a fast L1 that could eventually realize the true inspiration behind Bitcoin. I also happen to mine the coin so I receive a significant amount daily. This is not a coin I think will do an x100 from here, but I do believe an x5 to x10 is reasonable. Word is that a US listing with Kraken or Gemini may be coming soon which would open the doors to more potential investors.

TRIAS - (TRIAS)

Current MC: $51 Million

Coin Price: $5..05

The Chinese Ethereum-killer continues to roll along with the unveiling of NetX this month. The TRIAS team is moving slowly but with purpose and this could be the everything project that combines smart contracts with AI, RWA, and more. Still very bullish here.

After a minor swoon, Bittensor seems to be moving forward again with the unveiling of intriguing new subnets like Bettensor. There are still some issues to work out with the way TAO is distributed to validators, but given the quality of this project, this remains the standard for crypto AI projects. This also has a higher market cap that I like to invest in, but I got in early and plan to hold this for the long-term as I see it one day entering the Top 10 projects. Additionally, it still offers an awesome staking incentive, so I will continue to grow my bag without much effort.

Agoras - (TAU)

Agoras has a very impressive team with a technology that has been in development for many years focused on reasoning AI as opposed to the traditional models used. Unlike other models that rely on huge data sets, Agoras is focused on a system that learns from logic and attempts to mimic human reasoning. The much anticipated Tau Net is set to go live in October or November, so positioning yourself here now while prices are low is a smart play. This could easily be a 4 digit coin over the next few years.

Arbius - (AIUS)

Arbius has been in a bit of a standstill pricewise, but that should be changing shortly as they are set to roll out a host of new features including:

One thing I like about this project will be the focus on B2B customers, so the project will not be dependent on investors of the coin, but be bringing in significant income from real world customers. At a $5M market cap, the risk reward value of this token remains strong.

Alkimi - (ADS)

Current MC: $24 Million

Alkimi continues to be one of the most overlooked projects, but is slowly building up by adding more publishers daily. They are now over 1,100 publishers and that number seems to be picking up momentum. Given that ad fraud remains a huge problem and ad spend is projected to top $440B by 2027, the utility this project provides is unquestioned.

The Calm Before the Storm?

Given how quiet the market is right now, I plan to sit on my current portfolio for the time being and not jump into any new projects. Instead, I will take some time to research, add to current positions, and wait for some signs of life for things to heat back up. Right now, there are still great entry points for great projects, so I would advise anyone to perform their own due diligence and decide which investments make best sense for them. Use this time to prepare and be ready for the violent upward movements we anticipate are on the horizon.

Keep in mind that all investing offers some level of risk, but you cannot win if you don’t play. All it takes are one or two big plays to experience life-changing returns.

Over the years, I have read many articles that claim that true passive income is a myth, and that people who peddle such ideas have no idea what they are talking about. Indeed, some seem to believe that it is as elusive as things like Bigfoot. However, I’m here to tell you nothing could be further from the truth. 

I have personally built several reliable passive income streams and am continually on the hunt for more. For me, using assets to passively grow wealth and buy back time is the key to financial freedom. That being said, just because the income is passive, that does not mean there are not things you need to do in advance to get them to a set and forget place. In most cases it requires money upfront or an investment of time to get the ball rolling.

These are the current ways I profit each month without any extra work on my part.

Crypto Mining

It should come as no surprise, crypto is the lynchpin of many of my income streams. This one is fairly simple and straightforward. I currently own four ASIC mining units that yield me a daily allocation of Kaspa tokens. 

With my mining business, there is an upfront cost to purchase the miners, and because the mining company I work with hosts my equipment, I have a small fee at the month’s end for electricity use. However, everything is completely passive after the initial purchase.

Each day, I receive my mined tokens deposited into my Kaspa wallet, and then have two options: sell at current value or speculate that token prices will rise and hold for a larger payday down the line.

At the moment, I get over 2k KAS tokens a day and the price for each KAS right now is approximately .18 cents each, so you can do the math of what my current returns are and how lucrative this has been.

I will add that even though this is very profitable at the moment, as more miners enter the network and newer mining rigs come available, my returns will diminish over time. However, I have secured a ROI on my purchase after 8 months, so now everything will remain pure profit in the years ahead.

Crypto Staking

Staking crypto has long been a favorite way of mine to earn free tokens which can be converted to cash. With staking, you temporarily lock up your tokens on the blockchain and in return receive, sometimes lucrative, rewards for your efforts.

There are lots of great staking options right now, but my favorite is with Bittensor where I earn approximately 18% APY on my staked TAO tokens. The reason this one appeals to me is that there is no long-term lockup period, meaning that if I want to un-stake my tokens, I can do that instantaneously. Additionally, AI is a hot sector of technology and Bittensor is proving to be a leader in this space, so the value of the tokens I am earning should continue to significantly multiply from current prices.

It should be noted that some projects require periods ranging from a few days or even weeks to unlock tokens, meaning that if there is a sudden change in token price, you can not always quickly get access to your holdings. For this reason, staking does offer a level of risk, but generally I focus on strong, reputable tokens that pay good APY % and are ones that would be longer-term holds, in any event.

DePIN Crypto Apps

Yet another passive crypto play! I wrote about this topic recently and have been pleasantly surprised that this newer income stream continues to deliver. These are free applications you can install on your phone or computer and earn rewards just for being part of the network. So far, these are my two favorite:

Silencio

A community-powered network that measures noise pollution. To start earning:

1. Install the Silencio app from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Use my username “anthonyl37” as your invitation code when signing up.

3. Enter the application and you will find options “Venue Check-In” and “Open Measurements” which allow you to immediately start collecting rewards.

Grass

Earn tokens by allowing the Grass Network to utilize unused Internet bandwidth on your computer. To start earning:

1. Download the Grass Chrome Extension

2. Use my referral code to collect a sign-up bonus of extra points: “0Fq188ROUduoU-E”

3. Refer other users to earn extra points daily.

These apps can easily add a few hundred dollars (or more) each month to your bank account with almost zero effort on your part. It is also a growing focus area of crypto so expect to see more types of these money-makers in the months ahead.

Kindle Direct Publishing

Probably my most challenging passive income stream to build, but also the most rewarding in terms of seeing the work you create offer long-term value.

Over the past few years, I have published 13 books on Amazon, all of which have hit #1 in their respective categories. So far, I have focused on non-fiction titles in the following genres: Self-Help, Children’s Sports, Cookbooks, and Survival Prepping. However, at some point, I will take the leap into fiction. You can view my entire current library here. 

I’ll admit, KDP takes a bit of a learning curve to master, but once the ball is rolling this one can be a great option. It has taken some trial and effort to better understand what sort of books sell better and in turn that allows me to fine-tune the process with each successive title I create. I won’t lie though, it can feel daunting in the early days.

Obviously, you have to write the book first, then do all the little things such as formatting, editing, create a compelling cover, and more before publishing. Then once published, there is more work to be done with marketing, getting reviews, etc. All of this effort can be considerable.

However, once you have a good working rhythm and start to build up a library of books, the Amazon algorithm kicks in and you receive a compounding effect for your published works. 

Right now, I haven’t written a new book in two months. I just run a few low-cost Amazon Ads to ensure some exposure and as a result I make several thousand dollars in sales royalties from my current titles. The one downside I find with KDP is that you do not receive payment for several months after the initial sale.

Short Term Property Rental

Real estate is one of the largest drivers of wealth building and this has been true in my experience. At the moment, I make considerable money on a rental property that focuses on short term stays in one of the world’s most desirable locations. Without question, this required a large upfront amount of cash to purchase, but I secured the property pre-COVID and it has more than doubled in dollar value in that period.

However, as is the focus of the article, this income stream is completely passive. I have an agency that manages my property. They do all the marketing, scheduling, maintenance, etc and then send me a payment at the end of each month. When I want to use the property, I simply lock those dates on the calendar. Otherwise, it's a very hands-off income stream.

I will note on the downside that when you open your home to renters, things get broken and go missing all the time. Quite simply, people don’t care for your property the same way that you would. It is disappointing, but understandable at the same time. However, getting paid a sizable fee each month helps to ease most disappointment. 

Myth Busting

As demonstrated, passive income is clearly not a myth and something that is within reach for most people. Each of these streams pays me monthly with little to no time or effort on my part, and the same opportunities exist for you. 

Another thing to consider is that these are also not the only passive income opportunities out there. There are literally hundreds of ways to earn. However, for me, these five options today reward me with the equivalent of a full-time income without anywhere close to full-time hours. That means I’m free to spend time with family and friends, and focus more time on my businesses that do require my attention and are not passive income streams (yet). As usual though, I will continue to find new ways to profit that don’t steal my time, because I know they are out there!

This famous quote from Baron Rothschild emphasizes the belief that the best investment opportunities come during times of extreme market pessimism and turmoil.

If you follow crypto closely like myself, you probably have been disappointed with recent price action in the space. Earlier in the year, prior to the Halving, Bitcoin soared to all-time high above $70k, but now finds itself hovering in the $57k range. This draws largely from the current events surrounding Bitcoin which include:

• Germany dumping vast amounts of $BTC (valued at nearly $3B) seized from criminal activity over the past weeks

• Mt Gox beginning the customer repayment process of $BTC stolen in an illegal exchange hack in 2014

• Increased sell pressure from $BTC miners after the latest Halving event in April

The same old story continues to be where Bitcoin goes, the general market follows and when the King of Cryptos suffers, the altcoin market bleeds. However, even with all the current FUD in the market, there are still reasons to be highly bullish about the remainder of 2024. These include:

• The upcoming approval of Ethereum ETFs

• Expected interest rate cuts from the Fed by September after today’s latest CPI report that showed cooling inflation

• A liquidity injection into the market as FTX begins to return frozen funds from the bankruptcy proceedings of up to $16B back to former customers

• A surge of pro-Crypto sentiment from Donald Trump who is widely expected to be the next US President and has been announced as a speaker at an upcoming Bitcoin Conference at the end of July

So while there have been choppy waters as of late, it appears there are blue skies and calmer waters ahead in the crypto landscape.

One thing to understand about investing is that no market just goes straight up or down. Even in good markets, there will always be dips and pullbacks. This is when savvy investors take the opportunity to scoop up more of a desired token at a discount. Right now, presents just such a chance. For instance, $TAO was hovering in the $700 range just a few months back and is now in the mid $200s? Has much changed in that time period with the project? No. Turn back the clock and people would have been thrilled to enter such an important project at these levels. So while seeing investments drop in value is often painful, zoom out, look at the bigger picture, and consider this a blessing to get new chances to solidify favored positions.

That being said, these are the coins I continue to grow my positions in during the current dip.

My Top 5 Projects

Wadzpay

Current MC: $15 Million

Coin Price: .034 Cents

Reasons to be Bullish: $WTK remains my highest conviction project. Though it has gone through some recent FUD with whales dumping and rumors of a key executive loss in the past few weeks, the facts remain the same. This project has secured a valuable VARA license, has signed a lucrative RWA contract to tokenize mining assets in Africa, and will be launching on TWO Tier 1 exchanges in July. After that, the rollout of the WPC chain should follow. At such a small market cap, these are the kinds of moves that can take the project to a multi-billion valuation very quickly. I still feel it can do an x1000 from these levels, but my floor is at least an x200. If I had to bet on a single project, this would be the one for the massive opportunity it presents.

TriasLab

Current MC: $55 Million

Reasons to be Bullish: The “Chinese Ethereum” continues to grind towards full momentum. The Mainnet is on target to launch before the end of July and that is when things will start to get fun. Look at some of the key partners already announced which include the Chinese Government who will be running their multi-trillion dollar supply chain through Ethereum and the Japanese Government who has tasked the team with helping to make the Digital Yuan a reality. Wadzpay might be my #1 project, but $TRIAS is essentially right alongside it as my 1A. These are my top 2 long-term convictions.

Bittensor

Current MC: $1.75 Billion

Reasons to be Bullish: As mentioned with $TAO, nothing has significantly changed from a few months back other than the expansion of more subnets into the network. It remains the top decentralized crypto AI platform and appears to have limitless ability to keep growing. One anticipated change will be addressing the rewards that subnet validators receive to give more weight to the subnets that are being used more, and as a result combat token dumping. The coming months will continue to see the expansion from the current 32 subnets to an eventual 64.

Arbius

Current MC: $7 Million

Coin Price: $47.56

Reasons to be Bullish: This one is a bit of a sleeper as a very low MC project right now, but Arbius has real potential. Admittedly it is the risk of this group, but as another decentralized AI play I think it has huge potential to run if the team can deliver on the roadmap they have outlined. A few things to be bullish about include the pausing of mining emissions, which in theory should relieve selling pressure. Also, a feature to collect valuable staking rewards should be active shortly. This is more of a speculative play for me, but the potential payoff makes it enticing.

Alkimi 

Current MC: $20 Million

Coin Price: .103 Cents

Reasons to be Bullish: Unlike many crypto projects, $ADS has demonstrated real utility and is generating substantial revenue through their decentralized ad exchange that has big name partners and continues to expand in size. The more transactions they perform results in more revenue and in turn leads to enhanced $ADS buybacks. When you have a great team, constantly building and working in such a transparent manner, it is easy to see this one is going to be a long-term winner.

What About the Rest?

Obviously in general, with the market down across the board, there are going to be many opportunities to score great deals. These remain my favorites, but continue to keep an eye on the charts to identify prime opportunities to pounce. Though I do not really play much in the Solana ecosystem, there are rumors that it may be the next ETF project backed by BlackRock which could make it an intriguing hold.

I will also reiterate that you should always perform your own due diligence and establish your own comfort levels with any crypto project before jumping in. Don’t do it because I, or any random influencer says to. Do it because you see the viability of the opportunity presented.

On another note, I would continue to avoid all Meme Coins. Yes, if you get in early you can make vast amounts of money quickly, but these projects offer zero utility and the likelihood is you will end up as exit liquidity of those who dump the coin at its zenith.

If you live in America, chances are you have not heard about the significant financial news that could prove to be incredibly devastating to the US Dollar, which took place over the weekend. There is a good reason for this, as the United States does not want to highlight this event and hopes to keep people in the dark for as long as possible. However, the sooner you understand what is happening globally, the better you can prepare for what is to come. In short, the hegemony of the US Dollar as the world’s reserve currency could be coming to an end, which could have catastrophic consequences for America.

The reasons for this are twofold: The End of the Petrodollar and the Rise of BRICS.

The End of the Petrodollar?

The term “petrodollar” refers to a system that has been in place for 50 years in which OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) would price the sale of oil exclusively in US Dollars. The need to transact with this currency ensured a constant demand worldwide for countries to hold substantial dollar reserves to pay for oil imports, so with trillions of dollars being transacted globally, this made it a must-have asset.

That 50 year agreement ended yesterday, June 9, 2024. It means that Saudi Arabia is now able to sell oil to countries in currencies other than the US Dollar. In other words, the United States has now been effectively relegated from integral player to bystander in perhaps the largest ongoing business transaction in the world.

That brings us to BRICS…

What is BRICS?

For many years, the United States has weaponized the Dollar to dictate global policy and punish its adversaries. As you can imagine, this eventually would have some ramifications. Finally enough of the victims of this reckless monetary policy had enough and wanted to take this absolute power out of a single country’s hands. That led to the creation of BRICS.

BRICS is an acronym that consists of five major economies who formed to build a credible challenger to the current global currency. The five initial participants were Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, but now more countries are looking to become part of this new alliance including Iran, Egypt, UAE, and more.

Now, with the ending of the American-Saudi petrodollar agreement, the door is open for BRICS to bring Saudi Arabia into the fold and begin to conduct oil sales using BRICS’ rumored gold-backed currency. 

Not coincidentally, the BRICS Foreign Ministers Meeting was scheduled for June 10/11th. Interesting timing to say the least.

Enter Sandman?

Speaking of worst case scenarios, one popular conspiracy theory floating around highlights a mysterious event called “Project Sandman”. In this scenario, a supposed agreement is in place between over 100 nations that, when triggered, would see a simultaneous dump of the US Dollar and related-denominated assets in an effort to crash the currency and send an inevitable death blow to America. While this is unlikely to ever happen, the thought of it is frightening indeed.

How to Prepare Your Portfolio For Impending Doom

That does not mean you should sit on your hands and wait for the worst to arrive.

Even if Saudi Arabia continues to do some business in dollars going forward, the message should be clear to all, the days of the US Dollar as the global reserve currency are coming to an end. Whether it will be an avalanche that comes quickly or a slow erosion of the long-time global standard, the writing is now on the wall.

This is why you need to take steps right now to diversify your exposure to the US Dollar and have a mixed portfolio that contains things like:

• Digital Currencies - Bitcoin is the obvious one, but promising international crypto projects like $TRIAS and $WTK make up a large part of my portfolio.

• Precious Metals - The key ones to have are obviously Gold and Silver, but others like Platinum will be important too. You can find these through specialized dealers or even get quality metals from places like Costco or Amazon.

• Real Estate - Land and physical assets always have value.

The importance of diversifying your portfolio cannot be understated as it mitigates risks and helps protect you in times of financial uncertainty.

As BRICS grows and the US Dollar fades, America will be left with several choices and none of them are pleasant. One will be printing more dollars, which will lead to hyperinflation. The other may be World War 3 in a gambit to maintain global supremacy. Whatever the case, it always pays to be prepared.

While the unwinding of the US Dollar is likely to take years if not decades to fully unravel, the sooner you accept the inevitable, the better you will be able to withstand the financial cataclysm that awaits.
